There is always something cool to look at and learn about on this farm, not to mention the fields of very organized veggies that look like a postcard.
Anthony is a lot of fun to be around and talk to, and he has a lifetime of passion for farming. They are always trying something new or growing something interesting. I had never had fresh Hibiscus before, but now I have!
You can find Fireant at the Sea Island Farmer's market on Saturdays, but get there early. Their stuff goes quickly.
