Hot Sauce

I make three different types of hot sauce – all made from Local Chilies. Each sauce contains Peppers, Onions, Garlic, Wine Vinegar, Kosher Salt, Sugar and a touch of Xanthan gum for texture, and each is custom blended by me in small batches to insure the exact flavor profile I am looking for. No gluten, No soy, No nuts! Please keep refrigerated as I do not add any preservatives.

These batches are produced seasonally and often sell out. If your desired flavor is out of stock, you can contact me directly and I will let you know when the next batch will be available.

I designed this sauce to be more of a condiment, not just “HOT” sauce. You can expect a mild to medium heat level with a balanced and truly unique flavor profile. It’s my Original recipe and my most popular. It’s been proclaimed by many to be the “Best” they have ever had.

Yellow Fire Hot Sauce

This is a step up in heat level from the original. Medium to Hot most say. This sauce has a wonderful tropical flavor from the chilies and has become some people’s favorite. Especially fans of the original. This is amazing with Caribean type foods, but perfect to spice up anything. I love it with rice type dishes.

Carolina Reaper Hot Sauce

Made with the world famous Carolina Reaper Chilies
2 oz eye-dropper bottle

This is essentially the same formula as my “OG” sauce. However, it is made with Carolina Reapers. It is very very hot and I put it in an eye dropper bottle for a reason. Add it drop by drop to whatever you are using it for. It’s delicious for those that really love the heat. Some folks even buy this and the original together and add some of the Reaper to the OG. This way they can adjust the heat of the original to their personal taste.
