Iron Chef America was intense. Its interesting what TV edits and how the final product looks. There is so much more that goes into this show than the half hour it airs. Its crazy how fast the time flies by, and how fast you have to move to fit it all in. The time is real and does not slow down for commercials. For me it was all about instincts. No time to overthink things or to plan ahead. It was just go, go, go.
