Top Chef Masters (TV)

This was kind of a crazy story.

There was a short time after Tabla closed when I was able to take some time off. While on vacation with my family I get this random call from the Bravo network asking me to fly to LA to help Chef Cardoz. I of course said "sure, happy to, when?". The person on the other end says tomorrow. "TOMORROW!"

Now keep in mind I was at dinner with a friend when they called in my t-shirt and shorts about an hour away from even the nearest airport with no uniform, knives anything. Well they figured out all the logistics and two days later I was in the green room at the set with no idea what was going to happen or what to expect.

It was a heck of a ride. A super exciting challenge and on opportunity to help my friend and mentor, battle for 100.000 dollars for the Young Scientist Foundation.
