What hasn’t been written about this James Beard award winning Company? Mark and Kerry Marhefka are legends in Charleston and rightfully so. Their approach to fishing is highly documented and to say they work hard to do what’s right for our oceans and their clients is an understatement.
Their entire team reflects their values and its a family affair. Mark’s son Andrew runs things day to day and his whole team reflects the passion and commitment of the over all philosophy. They have two places of purchase. One on Shem Creek and the other, my favorite, is on Mixon Avenue near park circle. Follow them on instagram for the latest news and catchings.
You will not find better quality, better sourced fish in Charleston and if there is fish on a menu of mine its almost always from them.
