The best Microgreens Around. They are always consistently high quality and grown with care in soil in Columbia, SC. I have personally visited their operation and it is first class and a very natural process (not all micro greens are grown naturally). Microgreens are a huge staple in my cooking and I am thrilled that I have them here as a resource. You can get them all over but Whole Foods in Mt. Pleasant always has them.

I like to use the Radishes, Sunflower, Mustard, Arugula, Pea Shoots.... Often times a mix of all.
