Rio Bertolini’s Pasta

For anyone that has seen my Instagram, this is where I buy my pizza dough. It’s awesome! Their pastas are great as well, and they do so any unique and custom types.

I just love Brian and Danielle, the owners. They are some of the hardest working people you will ever meet, and Brian’s NYC restaurant culinary background is similar to my own. Another cool thing you don’t always see is how loyal and happy their employees are. It’s a testament to how great of people the Bertolini’s are.

You can find their products just about anywhere in town and at every farmer’s market.
