Pat LaFrieda Meats

I have been working directly with LaFrieda meats since my New York days and have watched their growth for many years. Back in my Tabla days I used to talk to Pat Jr. or Mark every night on the phone to place my order. They are the greatest guys and I learned so much from their endless knowledge of meat.

What they have done as a family is truly amazing and changed the NY butcher scene forever. The quality of all of their meat is incredible but it is their steak aging program that I turn to when my client wants the best steak I can buy. Their burgers are the best on the planet with a custom grinding operation like no other.   All your best NYC restaurants buy from them and they also home deliver. 

I also highly recommend Pat's book called "Meat". It's literally everything you need to know about meat spelled out in amazing photos and easy to understand text.
